Join this session led by Yoga and Ayurveda instructor, Erika Sandoval. You’ll be learning useful breathwork and meditation technique’s to start your week off right.
Erika has spent 15 years in the areas of people and organizational practice, specifically in DEI, L&D, HR, organizational and professional development, and facilitation and consulting where she has dedicated her career to advancing underrepresented communities. Having lived and worked across North America, South America, Europe and Asia, Erika has experience in leading and implementing strategic and cross-cultural initiatives that impact organizations and drive business success.
Outside of her day job and consulting work, Erika is an active volunteer and mentor for creating inclusive and accessible holistic spaces for all. She is a first-generation college graduate with an MSc in Human Rights Law from the University of Birmingham in the UK and has an MA and BA. Erika holds a RYS® 200 yoga certification and is a certified Ayurveda Practitioner Certificate from the SDM College of Ayurveda & Hospital in India. She sits on the Board of Directors for La Cocina, an organization dedicated to providing mental health recovery for immigrant families and is a volunteer community Spanish yoga instructor.
