Position Summary
CVS Healthcare is looking for hands-on, passionate, driven people who want to join a high energy and growing team to make a difference in customers’ lives and who want to be on the forefront of digital innovation that aims to reinvent what a pharmacy and a health care company can be in the digital world. The Full Stack Software Engineer will:
• Work with Product and UX teams to be part of a team of engineers in developing elegant code and state-of-the-art responsive customer experiences
• Trains and serves as a resource for other colleagues as needed
• Collaborate in troubleshooting complex data, features,
• service, platform issues and perform root cause analysis
• to proactively resolve product and operational issues
• Work closely with digital product management to build industry leading digital experiences
• Collaborate to drive solutions that would reduce cost, expenses and time to market
• Partner with application owners, business partners and peer groups regarding long and short-range technical solutions that meet business requirements

Required Qualifications :

5+ years of experience in software development or information systems environment
2 + years of hands-on digital/e-commerce experience in Full Stack development with Spring Boot, Kafka, NoSQL and Cache Datastores.
2+ years of experience with Springboot and Kafka
2+ years of retail e-commerce experience.
2 + years of experience with CI/CD systems such as Jenkins
2+ years of experience with XML/JSON and development REST Services.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with agile development required, SAFe Agile experienced preferred
Experience with a proven track record of working with large or multiple teams comprising of FTEs and contractors
Experience in Back-end security.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of retail pharmacy is preferable
Thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong collaboration and communication skills within and across teams
Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability

Education :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience is required.
