About
Anyone, regardless of their role, can experience burnout and fatigue. But there is another layer of stress for teams that conduct user experience (UX) research: compassion fatigue. Helping professions, UX included, lend an ear and empathize with people as part of their job. This can have an impact on emotional, mental, and physical health over time. Because of this, teams must take precautions to ensure they conduct research in a way that protects their wellbeing. Whether you’re conducting the research yourself or observing research sessions, this talk is for you.
