Employers
Job Board
1. Purchase a job post via our website
2. Receive receipt and confirmation via email
3. Job post live on website with the ability to edit, renew or take down job post
We automatically share the job post on the website and in the #jobs channel located within our Slack community.
[Launching Soon] We are working on adding the ability to upgrade your job post to include a marketing boost. The marketing boost will include sharing the job post in our email digest for jobs and/or Techqueria’s social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram).
We have a strict No Tech for ICE policy of not partnering with any companies that have active contracts with ICE.
If your company does partner with ICE and purchases a job post, we will issue a refund and email you explaining why.
As of June 29, 2021, we no longer manually approve job posts. All job posts are automatically approved upon purchase. However, if a job post is in conflict with our No Tech for ICE policy, we will follow up directly with the employer and remove it from our website.
Job drafts can be resumed by logging in, going to your employer dashboard, selecting the draft you want to publish, clicking “Continue submission” and then submitting payment.
You can purchase bulk job post packages that come with a discount.
[Launching Soon] We are working on the ability for employers to purchase multiple individual job posts at the same time.

We don’t track applications in our system, we only track clicks. Each job post has its own stats dashboard where employers can see how many clicks the job post has received.

We officially launched this job board on May 3, 2021.
This is Techqueria’s official and only job board and any other job boards claiming to be associated with Techqueria should be considered unaffiliated with the nonprofit org.
